Your account: name, email, agent IDs, contract level. Records you enter: clients, policies, prospects, tasks, appointments, documents, and commission data — including client contact details and dates of birth that you, the agent, provide. Basic usage data needed to operate and secure the Service.
Solely to run the Service for you: storing your book, calculating your production and compensation figures, and sending notifications you enable. We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or use your clients' information for anything other than displaying it back to you.
Only you, through your login. Every record is scoped to your account with database-level row security — other agents on the platform can never query your data. Our administrators access production data only for support or legal compliance.
Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres, encrypted in transit) and the app is served by Vercel, both in United States regions. Uploaded documents are kept in private storage and served only through short-lived signed links.
Your data is retained while your account is active. Email us to export or permanently delete your account and all associated records; deletion completes within 30 days.
